Two Up Beamers

Welcome

Welcome to our page. Do you like to collect fine china decanters? Do you collect different bar memorabilia? Enjoy a relaxing BBQ? Like to meet new people? Well why not come and join our club. We collect the decanters that were made for Jim Beam. These come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. They are made in the shapes of Trucks, Trains, Animals and figureines. By being a member of our club you will be able to purchase items that are not for sale to the general public. We also have our own decanters produced. Our club meets every 6 weeks and the meeting is held on a Saturday night or Sunday afternoon. We hold our meetings at different members homes and have a BBQ meal. The business side of things takes about an hour and the rest of the time is a chance to catch up with friends for a great time. Our members range in all age groups and are a mixture of single people and families. We also have outings during the year. So why not come along and see what we are all about. Visitors are always welcome.

The Club

The Two Up Beamers is the only club in Victoria that is affiliated with the International Association. We started in 1988 and have a membership of 30 at the moment. Our members come from as far as Morwell and all over the metro area and also a couple of members in Tasmania. We have young families, couples and single people as members . So there is always someone just like YOU at our meetings. We enjoy a casual style meeting every 6 weeks and are always on the lookout for new members. Our club donates money each year to the Peter McCallum hospital. We have raffles and door prizes at every meeting and there are always new things to collect.

Bob works very hard for the club ensuring that the meetings go off without a hitch. He has over the years brought many new ideas and items into our hobby.
